How long until I receive my order?
We ship within 1-3 business days and you have the option to select your own method of postage. If you need your item urgently we can courier via DHL but please do contact us if your request is urgent.
Returns & Exchanges?
We hope you are satisfied with your products and that they arrive in the safe and protected manner in which we ship them. If you have a problem with your order please do contact us directly.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
A handwritten gift note can be added to any order. Please complete the gift message field on checkout.
Collaborations & Bespoke Requests?
Nothing is impossible, a day in NICU can show you that. If you have a bespoke request or are interested in a product collaboration we look forward to hearing from you.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, the world is a very small place. Our partner courier is DHL but please do not hesitate to contact us if you need some information regarding international shipments.
